“I get comments all the time at the gym about my physique and what program I follow.  And the answer is “ I have one of the top trainers in the Mid-Atlantic area and I do what she tells me, simple.”  Although I have been working out for decades, the 8 pack abs and ripped body had always eluded me.  After surgery for two torn tendons, I committed myself to find a high level trainer that looked the part and could deliver the results – well, six months after meeting Gail, one year following my surgery I had reshaped my body.

Gail quickly identified weak spots and gave me focused exercises to correct imbalances, strengthen neglected muscles and prevent injury.   She tailors the workouts to your goals and abilities. I cut my waist down to 31 from 35”, developed stronger, defined quads and back muscles and converted fat to muscle.  I shocked my friends with my “after” pictures.

My wife and I drive an hour each way to train with Gail, but she is top in her field and worth the results.  I’ve had a number of trainers over the years, Gail is hands down the best.”

“I decided to join my local health club and make a commitment to exercise regularly. I had no idea about weight training I was always a "cardio" person so that's what I stuck too. 

I would pick up health magazines and see these super fit fitness models and think to myself "they must eat salad all day"" or workout for hours and hours a day and that's just not me.
