With 21 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Gail is here to design a custom fitness program personal to YOU and YOUR needs. Dependent on any limitations you may have, whatever learning style, and whatever your current overall conditioning is, you and Gail will take things at a steady pace, learning how to “dance” with each other. You will not throw up, and you will walk the next day!
One-On-One Personal Training
Offering One-On-One customized personal training programs tailored to your specific needs, goals, limitations, and conditioning. Gail’s services are mobile allowing her to travel directly to your location of choice including apartment gym, home, office gym, or outdoor park. Limited equipment will be provided if needed. Or you can travel to Gail’s state of the art gym located in South Arlington, fully equipped with tons of equipment and space, as well as an immaculate full sized locker room.

Custom Meal Plans
With a world full of ever changing diet plans, how do you know which plan is best for you? Let’s go back to basics, and focus on some simple factors. Checks and balances, wholesome foods, within proper portions tailored to your lifestyle. The key to success with this program is to plan your food, which Gail will help you do thru a thorough easy to follow custom meal plan with several meal options, guidance, and education to encourage this to be a long term lifestyle change.
