Athletes need special attention and programing to build the proper strength, speed, agility, flexibility, and conditioning to perform at their absolute fullest potential. As a former professional athlete herself, Gail works specifically with your coach in designing programs for sports such as hockey, gymnastics, cheerleading, and tumbling.
